I know how to draw the bipedal (or humanoid) figure. I just chose to draw Waylon Smithers' head on a dog's body because I enjoy drawing him like that. I just wanted to let you know. And also, I'm just into drawing quadrupeds (or the four-legged figure) in general. I don't have a fetish with it or anything. I hope what I'm drawing isn't offending anyone on here. If it is, please let me know, okay?
